Professional Experience:
Born in Mexico City, specialized in Aviation Law with more than 10 years of experience in the aviation sector. He has developed his professional career in various branches of Mexican Law, achieving a synergy to meet the needs of each of his clients, thus achieving the established goals.

In his participation in the aeronautical sector, and thanks to his continued professional development, and constant updating in the matter, he has obtained important regulatory achievements, for the performance of schedule, non-schedule operations, and private flights, for national and foreign operators. He has extensive knowledge of the operational area, in which he has managed to carry out operations in the different airports of the Mexican territory, for cargo and passenger operations.

He’s been involved in the obtaining of permits to open private aerodromes, commencement of operations for new operators, code share agreements, advice and assistance in matters of consumers protection law, attention and follow-up with Mexican entities involved in the operational and regulatory affairs of the clients. He has taught a series of courses on operational matters focused IATA slotix development and application.

He obtained his Law Degree by Westhill University, specialty in Corporate Law.
