VyS experience relays in regulatory matters related to obtaining exploitation permits for private and commercial, schedule and non-schedule air carriers that operate into Mexico, traffic rights approvals, aircraft and routes incorporations, schedules and slots approvals, as well obtaining authorizations for several commercial agreements, such as code share, aircraft interchange, dry and wetlease, block of space, and any other operational that allows the proper and efficient development of our clients activities, in accordance to what is established in the valid and in force Mexican legislation. TAX LAW
VyS specializes in tax consulting and advising to its clients in the execution of commercial domestic and foreign transactions, in accordance to Mexican law and international treaties to avoid double taxation executed by Mexico. Our firm has additionally provided legal assistance to its clients in administrative procedures such as tax audits, tax reimbursements, criteria confirmation from Mexican authorities, among others.
